Description

Vitamin A protects the epithelial tissues (including retina and skin) and the mucous membranes and therefore as a protectant against general infections. Vitamin A defi- ciency symptoms are hyperkeratosis of the skin, xerophthalmia, blindness, nervous symptoms, decreased growth rates and lower fertility. Vitamin D3 supports the calcium-phospho- rous metabolism and plays a role in increas- ing Ca++- absorption and calcification of bone. Vitamin D3 deficiency symptoms are rickets in young animals and osteomalacia in adults. Vitamin E has an important anti-oxidant action and stabilizes vitamin A, unsaturated fatty acids and prevents mus- cular disorders (e.g. White Muscle Disease, Stiff Lamb Disease).

Dosage

For oral administration via drinking water.
Poultry:
250ML litre per 1000 litres of drinking water during 3 – 5 days.
Horses, cattle:
5 – 10 ml per animal during 2 – 3 days.
Foals, calves:
5 ml per animal during 2 – 3 days.
sheep, goats:
2 – 3 ml per animal during 2 – 3 days.
Medicated drinking water should be used within 24 hours. Shake before use
